My work with people is rooted in the belief that we all have access to the strength and wisdom to make the changes we wish to see in our lives. I see counselling as helping people to find strength and meaning in their life, to identify their resources and values, and to find creative ways to step away from 'problems' into a fulfilling life.

 

My hope in counselling is to create a space where you will feel comfortable and safe to talk about whatever is troubling you. Within the context of a safe and meaningful therapeutic relationship, new ways of being can emerge.
